Mr. Niven has over twenty years of leadership experience assessing customer business requirements and creating high-impact solutions for energy companies.   His expertise is evaluating a client’s competencies, objectives and strategies, and business processes, IT environment and financial position and work with executives to prioritize their opportunities, and design and implement solutions with the highest payback.

Most of his career has been spent working in a leadership capacity for some prestigious Corporations in the world including; IBM, NCR, Teradata, and Shell Oil.  He has held various leadership positions such as; Managing Principal for IBM Global Services, Marketing Manager for IBM Enterprise Content & Records Management, Business Development Director, and Energy Strategy and Planning Leader for NCR Global Marketing.
