Easy access to operational data across departments enables information collaboration throughout the organization from the field to the executive suite to help you better understand & manage your operations, and your Assets.
Functionality Overview
The Well Header Interface is used for normalizing asset naming and asset descriptions. A specific asset will be recognized by the same name in accounting, engineering, or land department throughout the company and used across the board.
Well Prognosis is an online collaboration tool that organizes the process of drilling new wells into one trusted focal point for Land, Geoscience, Reservoir, and Operations to communicate their “readiness” to drill, and to share information in a consistent and summarized format. It is designed to schedule rigs, fracs and other events and manages well prognosis data, activities and tasks that need to be completed before you spud your well.
Drilling & Wellwork Center manages your daily information flow from AFE generation and approval to well completion. As the drilling data is entered into Drilling Center, the electronic wellbore diagrams are automatically constructed and made available in a graphical format. Completion and workover information is also collected in the field as the work is being performed and is made available electronically for analysis and timely decision making.
Production Center was designed to accommodate the ease of data entry with the power and flexibility to handle the most complex allocations schemes. Production data is then available for daily and monthly analysis & reporting of production performance.
The Profit and loss information on producing Assets can be difficult for engineers and managers to access. The Profit & Loss functionality creates LOS statements for any well, lease, field, district, or region desired. By directly linking the events that occur during operations with the associated costs, you can quickly determine the reasons for deviations and react appropriately
Well Failure tracking and trending offers the added benefit that allows you to make predictive analysis forecasts based on comprehensive, accurate, and historical information. Wellwork captures failure data on casings, ESP pumps, gas lift, hydraulic pumps, packers, PC pumps, PC ESP pumps, rod pumps, rods, and tubing. Well failure information analysis can lead to high-impact returns for E&P companies as it affects both revenue generation and operating costs.
Profit & Loss
The Profit and loss information on producing assets can be difficult for engineers and managers to access. Profit & Loss Center allows immediate and easy access to asset or facility accounting information by all authorized users. Lease Operating Statements (LOS) are crucial in making the right decisions and evaluating operating performance.
Instead of placing additional burdens on the accounting department, LOS information can now be accessed by users directly on their desktop. Profit & Loss Center creates LOS statements for any well, lease, field, district, or region desired. By directly linking the events that occur during operations with the associated costs, you can quickly determine the reasons for deviations and react appropriately. Profit & Loss Center links to leading oil and gas accounting systems.

Regulatory Permits & Notices
All oil companies are required by the federal government and various state governments to obtain permission for doing certain well completion and workover procedures on a well or a group of wells. Additionally, many government agencies also require notification when a wellwork procedure has been completed successfully. The UPI Application Hosting system includes a module that enables many of these permits and notices to be easily prepared and forwarded directly. This can be done very quickly because the information has already been captured within the system during the daily well capture process.
The Production Regulatory module generates the electronic files to populate forms for various regulatory agencies. Now when your production month is closed, generating electronic files for the regulatory forms could not be easier. Now covering the following agencies: Federal/MMS, Louisiana OGP, Arkansas Form 6 and 7, Utah Form 10 and 11, New Mexico Form C115, Texas Form PR, Wyoming Form 2, MMS Form 4054 – OGOR, Montana Form 6, North Dakota Form 5 and 5b.
Pre-Drilling (optional)
WellProg is an optional pre-drilling module which is designed to share Drilling Requirements between Departments and puts all relevant data into one reliable source of information that can be shared between multi-disciplined teams. Departmental “readiness” is coordinated before drilling begins and the WellProg application complements the core PetrisWINDS Operations Center Application from Petris Technology Inc.
Daily Drilling & Wellwork
A well has more information to be captured, analyzed, and archived than production and test data. Drilling Center enables users to access the current status of all drilling operations at the click of a button. From AFE construction and approvals to detailed cost tracking, Drilling Center empowers its users with the information needed to make accurate informed decisions and manage budgets. Daily drilling information is entered in the field using our remote field module or via a direct connection to the central database. Drilling Center constructs daily drilling reports as the information is entered. Engineers and managers can access the information from anywhere.
Drilling & Wellwork Center manages your daily information flow from AFE generation and approval to well completion. Once the information is entered, it is available immediately throughout your company.
Wellwork Center tracks failure data on equipment to create failure trends. You can analyze the trends to identify potential weaknesses and to develop proactive solutions to the problems. The Drilling and Wellwork Centers are both fully integrated with AFE systems for planning, tracking, and reporting expense data in full compliance with the user’s own accounting system.
As the drilling data is entered into Drilling Center, the electronic wellbore diagrams are automatically constructed and made available in a graphical format. Using Wellwork Center, workover and completion information can be collected in the field as the work is performed and made available electronically for analysis and timely decision making.
Today, many oil and gas companies either do not track their maintenance and failure information or attempt to track it through spreadsheets, which is difficult to maintain. All failure information is tied to dates and costs and even allows you to attach images to any well failure records, a digital picture, a graph from a different application or even a map.
Efficiently Manage Your Production
Production Center allows operators to capture and manage daily field production information such as product volumes, gauge data, meter and tank information, and monthly sales. Production Center was designed to accommodate ease of data entry with the power and flexibility to handle the most complex allocations schemes.
Oil and gas production is captured from the field on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis through numerous input facilities
and is archived within the Production Center. Production data is then available for well lease, performance analysis,
monthly production accounting, engineering analysis, and allocations. Production data is entered only once and then made available to users throughout the company via morning reports that reflect up to date information, thereby giving field and office teams simultaneous access to field data as it enters the database.
Production information is critical to an engineer’s understanding of well and reservoir characteristics. Managers and executives are in need of accurate, timely, and reliable daily production numbers to make decisions to run their business, and Production Center provides these benefits and many more.
